Waterford Early Learning™ is designed to ensure that young students can learn independently. Waterford provides explicit instruction on how to use a mouse and how to use the standard buttons to navigate within the program. Computer experience is not taken for granted.
Easy to Use
Students begin Waterford sessions by clicking the Go On button under their name and picture. Once within the program, each child will quickly become familiar with standard buttons and navigation.
Scaffolded for Success
Students rarely get stuck in Waterford. When they struggle, the program gently guides them to the correct response and then it automatically marks that skill for targeted remediation. Reports also alert educators to which skills the student struggles with.
Celebrates Every Success
Each time students achieve a set milestone, they receive a certificate, accompanied by cheers or heralding trumpets. These certificates can be printed out for you to display. Watch your students' self-confidence and enthusiasm for learning soar!
